Servicio integral de logística y distribución, Silodisa, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Silodisa", "we"), with principal address at Av. Reforma 250, piso 11, Ciudad de México, México, is responsible for the use and protection of your personal data.
For what purposes will we use your personal data?
We will use the information we collect for the following purposes that are necessary for the service you request and, where applicable, those that help us deliver a better experience:
- Provide warehousing, distribution, logistics technology, and commercial advisory services you request.
- Respond to quotes, contact requests, operational support, and contract follow-up.
- Comply with legal, tax, regulatory obligations, or requirements from competent authorities.
- Aggregated measurement of the website and campaigns (e.g. Google Analytics / Tag Manager) when you accept analytics or advertising cookies, as described in the cookies section.
- Recruitment when you submit data via the jobs or careers form.
What personal data will we use?
Depending on the case, we may process identification, contact, employment, and related data, including:
- Identification and contact: name, company, email, phone, fiscal or operations address.
- Operation-related data: goods descriptions (where they imply indirect personal data), agreed SLAs, form comments.
- Technical browser data when you visit the site (IP address, device type, pages viewed), for security and, with your consent, analytics.
- Résumé data when recruitment applies.
With whom do we share your personal information?
Your data may be shared with auxiliary third parties strictly necessary to deliver the service (e.g. transactional email, hosting, cloud, messaging) or with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell contact lists. Processors must meet confidentiality and security obligations.
ARCO rights and consent withdrawal
You have the right to know what data we hold (Access), request correction or update (Rectification), deletion when appropriate (Cancellation), or object to certain uses (Opposition), as well as to limit use or disclosure of your data, under Mexico’s LFPDPPP and applicable regulation.
To exercise these rights, send your request to ventas@silodisa.com including your name, contact channel, and a clear description of your request. We may ask for identification to prevent improper access. You may also withdraw consent for non-essential purposes (e.g. analytics cookies) via your browser settings or by clearing the site’s local storage and choosing “necessary only” if the cookie banner appears again.
Changes to this privacy notice
We may update this notice at any time to reflect legal changes, service changes, or process updates. The current version will be published at this same URL. We encourage you to review it periodically.

Competent authority
If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with Mexico’s National Institute for Transparency, Access to Information, and Personal Data Protection (INAI), under the procedures that institute establishes.
