These terms are a general framework. Scope, pricing, SLAs, insurance, and specific exclusions are set out in the commercial proposal and service agreement you enter into with Silodisa.
1. Identification
The services described on this site are offered by Servicio integral de logística y distribución, Silodisa, S.A.P.I. de C.V., hereinafter Silodisa, with address at Av. Reforma 250, piso 11, Ciudad de México, México.
2. Purpose
Silodisa provides professional logistics operations services (e.g. warehousing, distribution, transport management, uRoutes software, and related services) to business clients under the commercial agreements in force between the parties.
3. Use of the website
Site content (text, images, marks, demos) is owned by Silodisa or its licensors. Unauthorized commercial reproduction, reverse engineering of protected software, or use of the site for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm third-party security are not permitted.
4. Quotes and contracting
Quotes, simulators, and reference tables on the site are indicative and do not constitute a binding offer until formalized in writing (proposal and, if applicable, signed contract). Rates may vary with volume, SLA, type of goods, CEDIS location, and market conditions.
5. Client obligations
The client agrees to, among other reasonable measures:
- Truthfully declare the nature of the goods and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Comply with customs, health, and safety rules as applicable.
- Pay for services on time as agreed in the contract.
- Keep system credentials under its control and notify unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual property (software)
The uRoutes platform and related materials are owned by Silodisa or its designee. Unless otherwise agreed, the client receives a license tied to the contracted service, without permission to sublicense, resell, or disassemble the software.
7. Limitation of liability
Except for proven fraud or gross negligence, Silodisa is not liable for lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages beyond what the specific contract provides. Insurance caps, force majeure, and contractual exclusions apply per the signed instrument.
8. Personal data
Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy notice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
For general interpretations related to use of this site, unless mandatory rules in the service contract provide otherwise, the parties submit to the laws of the United Mexican States and the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other venue that might apply by reason of present or future domicile.
