uRoutes — Silodisa ecosystem

uRoutes technology

The uRoutes ecosystem brings together central administration (ADMIN), warehouse (WMS), transport and last mile (TMS), and customer-facing portals (CRM), with unified authentication and near–real-time data. Here is what each application family does and what your organization gains in time, effort, and money: less manual planning, a single access model, and decisions backed by dashboards and traceability.

Time

Fewer hours on manual planning, fewer “where is my order?” calls, and fewer warehouse back-and-forths.

Effort

One access model (company, user, permissions), fewer loose spreadsheets, and less re-keying.

Money

More efficient routes, less shrink from location or expiry errors, and decisions with dashboards and KPIs.

Unified platform

Public message and contact

One map, the whole chain: warehouse, route, and customer.

Silodisa presents uRoutes as a single real-time data engine: WMS, TMS, and CRM without operational silos — from accurate inventory and fulfillment to deliveries with POF, confirmation, and analytics, meeting SLAs and agreed commitments. In logistics operations, Silodisa includes proprietary technology at no extra software charge in the service contract. This catalog mirrors the technical access of the public reference hub.

WMS — warehouse. Control tower, smart putaway, inquiry portals, store inventory, and mobility for counts and transfers: put stock in the right place, measure dwell times, and give visibility without parallel spreadsheets.
TMS — distribution. Routing engine, delivery portal with map and tracking, and driver app with proof to hit windows and document last mile.
CRM — customer-facing. Customer dashboard: orders, incidents, and KPIs; read-only portals for warehouse inventory and compliance with evidence — the operational delivery tower lives in TMS.

ADMIN · Web

Web Administration

What it is: Central admin panel on Firebase and Firestore: companies, users, logs and stats for tenant governance.

How it works: After sign-in (initial credentials + Firebase Auth), the admin manages organizations and permissions with Firestore security rules.

Benefits

  • Onboarding and permission changes without code changes
  • Traceability in logs and clear ecosystem governance
ADMIN · Web

Document audit

What it is: Audit on Google Drive at metadata and filename level (file contents not read), FastAPI UI aligned with the ecosystem login.

How it works: Connects to the authorized Drive space and reports naming, permissions or folder structure compliance per project settings.

Benefits

  • Document compliance without over-exposing sensitive content
  • Less manual review time on audits
WMS · Web

Smart Putaway 3D

What it is: Warehouse optimizer (Flask): Smart Putaway, dwell times, ABC rotation, FEFO expiry, operator performance and configurable layout.

How it works: Recommends locations by rotation and distance rules; dashboards show putaway/shipping times, rehandles and compliance.

Benefits

  • Fewer forklift miles and better space use
  • Tighter expiry control and continuous improvement data from the floor
WMS · Web

Warehouse client portal

What it is: Read-only portal for customers: inventory, inbound and outbound, heat map and multi-site support.

How it works: Auth against MySQL users and dynamic DB binding; heat-map APIs with no write access on the query model.

Benefits

  • Self-service visibility (“what is in stock?”)
  • Fewer emails and calls; sales backed by live data
WMS · Web

Control tower

What it is: Warehouse control tower in Flask: dashboards and APIs on MySQL (email/token users and site selection).

How it works: Connects to operational inventory DB; consolidated supervision on Cloud Run or DB-proxied environments.

Benefits

  • Single pulse for warehouse operations
  • Faster decisions on cross-site bottlenecks
WMS · App

Mobility — counts & transfers

What it is: Android app for cycle counts and in-warehouse transfers, zone flows and unified uRoutes login.

How it works: Operators run counts or moves per defined flow; HTTP integration with warehouse backend.

Benefits

  • More accurate inventory and fewer stock halts
  • Traceability per move vs paper or Excel

Store inventory mobility

What it is: Store inventory (Node.js, Capacitor on Android): products, in/out, low-stock alerts, stats and history with local SQLite.

How it works: Staff log moves from browser or device; REST APIs for catalog, stock and reports; environment-based auth.

Benefits

  • Reliable inventory without parallel spreadsheets
  • Early shortage detection for purchasing and audits

TMS · Web

Deliveries portal

What it is: Web console for delivery ops: order status, live fleet, settled history and analytics. FastAPI backend with Firestore.

How it works: Authorized users browse a safe read layer without mutating critical collections from this surface.

Benefits

  • 24/7 visibility for dispatch and supervision
  • Fewer manual reports and a common baseline to audit service
TMS · Web

Routing engine

What it is: Route planning: spreadsheet import, CVRPTW optimization (OR-Tools), interactive map, manual edits with Google Maps and Firestore authorization.

How it works: Loads orders and rules; engine proposes sequences; planner validates on the map, edits and authorizes the plan.

Benefits

  • Fewer km and planner hours
  • Time-window compliance and lower fuel/maintenance cost
TMS · App

Mobility — deliveries

What it is: Driver app for last mile: itinerary, proof (photos, signature), incidents, settlement, Firestore/Storage sync and offline work.

How it works: Driver executes the trip; evidence and status sync to the cloud; tower and customer align with field reality.

Benefits

  • Digital POD and less paperwork
  • Faster trip close and lower dispute risk

CRM · Web

Customer delivery portal

What it is: Web portal for your customers: delivery status with session backed by the same deliveries API contract as the internal portal.

How it works: Customers sign in and see map and data per API contract without calling the call center on every order.

Benefits

  • Lower support load and higher transparency
  • Professional image toward your own accounts
