02 · every piece

Where is every piece of medicine between the warehouse and the hospital, and when does it arrive?

That's what we answer every day. Let's follow one piece:

Every stage leaves a record of who, when and where.

03 · who we are

A logistics operator specialized in pharmaceuticals.

  • More than 18 years of experience.
  • We designed the service model for a national public-health distribution center, still running today.
  • We comply with regulations and build our own systems, tailored to the job.

In an emergency, medicine has to get there.

We operated through:

  4. 2023Hurricane Otis

10 · the system

A new system: nothing to install.

It opens with a link, on a phone or a computer, and responds instantly. With no signal, it keeps working; when the signal returns, everything is sent on its own, in order and without duplicates.

my trip · driver's phone

The driver captures the signature, the photos and the stamped delivery note there. Watch the label at the top.

Here, low is good: zero means everything arrived.

01 of 20

01Who we are

A Mexican logistics operator specialized in pharma, with more than 18 years. We designed the service model for a national public-health distribution center, still running today. We follow the regulations and build our own systems.

02Where we are

Huehuetoca and Guadalajara, near the center of the country: 113,166 m² of warehouse, 140 dock doors, 118,000+ rack positions, a rail spur and our own fleet. Proven capacity, not promised.

03We know how to operate in emergencies

Influenza A (H1N1) in 2009, Hurricane Patricia in 2015, COVID-19 in 2020 and Hurricane Otis in 2023. When roads close and demand spikes, medicine has to arrive.

04The journey of one unit

From supplier to facility in 9 stages: prepare, receiving, storage, inventory, orders, picking, truck and route, delivery and close. Every step leaves a trace: when, who and where.

05Lot traceability

The lot number travels with the unit: supplier, receiving, location, release, picking, delivery note, delivery and hospital. End to end, with time, person and place.

06Where did a lot go?

With a health alert, in seconds we know how many units remain in the DC, which hospitals received them and which recall routes to build. We know exactly where to go.

07A new system: nothing to install

It opens from a link on a phone, tablet or computer. Without signal it keeps going: signatures, photos and deliveries are stored on the phone. When signal returns, everything is sent on its own, in order, with no duplicates.

08The driver's phone

Signature, photos and stamped delivery note are captured on the phone. The tag at the top says whether everything arrived: “online · 0 to send” is what we want to see.

0921 agents, one at every stage

Every stage has agents that evaluate, recommend, order or audit, and a person who answers for it. The agent proposes, the person confirms and the evidence closes.

10Example: delivering to 20 places

Same orders, same 3.5-ton trucks. In arrival order: 2,047 km. With a quick rule: 1,398 km. With OR-Tools: 1,072 km. Almost half the diesel and hours on the road.

11How our route engine thinks

It splits by zones, groups neighbors that fit, improves and untangles with OR-Tools, respects hours and vehicle type, and delivers from nearest to farthest, unloading along the way.

12Rail + truck: what nobody else has

The train reaches our own dock. It runs full to each regional terminal —Hermosillo, Veracruz, Mérida— and from there trucks do the last mile on OR-Tools routes.

13How we split the work

For each destination we compare rail and truck and pick the most efficient option that arrives on time. Far away, rail wins: more cargo, less highway. Nearby, the truck wins: faster and door to door.

14Simulate before investing

A digital twin of the network and warehouses to test decisions without spending: how many trucks, rail or truck, what if demand doubles or diesel goes up. Time, cost, moves and safety are compared.

15One question, two paths

Ask in your own words —“which 5 SKUs have the highest value?”— and the system builds the report on the spot, ready for Excel or email, or takes you to the screen with the answer, already filtered.

16Does what expires first ship first?

Every lot with its expiry date and exact location. What expires first ships first; any release that breaks the rule counts as an exception. The goal is zero.

17Was the cold chain kept?

Cold-chain medicine travels between 2 and 8 °C. If a box leaves the range it is an excursion, and it is reported within minutes, not the next day.

18How many deliveries already count?

A delivery counts when its delivery note is certified. Each square is one delivery note this month; green means certified. Higher is better.

19Did anyone change a record?

Nothing gets deleted. Every sensitive change carries the signature of who made it and the seal of the previous one, like links in a chain. If anyone touches a record, the chain breaks and it shows.
